Program Description

BlastView (operated by JTM Media LLC) offers an SMS messaging program to provide our marketing agency clients and prospects with appointment confirmations, discovery call reminders, service updates, and (with separate optional consent) promotional offers related to our marketing services.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from BlastView by:

  • Submitting your phone number through a Meta/Facebook Lead Form associated with one of our advertising campaigns and providing explicit consent to receive SMS messages

  • Submitting your phone number through a contact form on blastview.io and voluntarily consenting to SMS communications

Our opt-in process collects two separate consents: (1) consent for transactional and informational messages such as appointment reminders and call confirmations, and (2) a separate optional consent for promotional and marketing messages. You may consent to one without the other.


Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Appointment and discovery call confirmations

  • Appointment and discovery call reminders

  • Responses to your inquiries

  • Service updates related to your engagement with BlastView

  • Promotional offers and marketing messages (only if you provided separate opt-in consent)


Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with BlastView. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Transactional messages (such as appointment reminders) are sent as needed.


Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. BlastView does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates may apply to messages you send and receive.


How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.To opt out of only promotional messages while continuing to receive transactional messages, reply STOP to any promotional message, or contact us at info@blastview.io.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Privacy

We do not share phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or any data collected through our SMS program with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.


Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS program. By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS messages, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder to opt in.


Changes to These Terms

BlastView may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
