Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BlastView's website (blastview.io), marketing services, and SMS messaging programs operated by JTM Media LLC ("BlastView," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Messaging Program

BlastView operates an SMS messaging program for users who have opted in via our Meta/Facebook Lead Forms or website contact form. The program is designed to deliver business communications related to our marketing services.

Message Types and Frequency

Subscribers may receive the following types of messages:

  • Transactional and informational messages including appointment confirmations, scheduled call reminders, follow-up after consultations, and service-related updates

  • Promotional and marketing messages including offers, case studies, service updates, and follow-up nurture content (only to subscribers who provided separate, explicit consent for marketing communications)

Message frequency varies based on user engagement and message type. Subscribers can expect to receive between 2 and 10 messages per month on average, though frequency may be higher during active campaigns or scheduling periods.

Opt-In Consent

By submitting your phone number through our Meta/Facebook Lead Form or website contact form, you consent to receive SMS messages from BlastView at the number provided. Two separate consents are collected: one for transactional/informational messages (required for service delivery) and one for promotional/marketing messages (optional, opt-in). Marketing consent is not bundled with transactional consent.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may unsubscribe from BlastView SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, you will be removed from all SMS communications and will receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

To opt back in after unsubscribing, you will need to submit a new opt-in request through our Meta/Facebook Lead Form or contact us directly.

Help and Support

For assistance with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us directly at hello@blastview.io. We will respond to HELP requests with information about the program and how to unsubscribe.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent or received through our program. Rates are determined by your wireless carrier, not by BlastView. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier as a result of receiving our messages. Please consult your wireless carrier's rate plan for details.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. BlastView is not responsible for messages that fail to deliver, are delayed, or are blocked due to carrier issues, network outages, or device limitations.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to BlastView SMS messages or use our services. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly accept subscribers under the age of 18.

Service Description

BlastView provides marketing agency services including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising management

  • User-generated content (UGC) recruitment and production

  • Lead generation and nurture campaigns

  • Sales sequence design and CRM automation

  • AI automation services for business operations

Service availability, pricing, and deliverables are established through individual client agreements separate from these Terms.

Use of Our Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to engage in any activity that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

  • Transmits harmful, threatening, or unlawful content

  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Intellectual Property

All content on blastview.io, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of BlastView or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlastView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or SMS program, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Privacy

Your use of our SMS program and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
